Internet Banking Manager - Port Allen
Must have knowledge of Internet Banking processes, general knowledge of ACH and Electronic processes and working knowledge of IT and associated issues impacting e-Banking processes, e-Services and web-based services. Above average PC skills needed. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and have the ability to apply common sense understanding and be able to retain information. Must work well independently and in a team environment. Must possess the ability to sell e-Banking products to new customers. Strong people skills for both internal and external customers required as well as excellent communication skills via email and telephone. Must meet deadlines and have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects concurrently and be very results oriented. Initiative and ability to enforce policies and procedures needed.
