Q: I once had access to my accounts online, but now it is telling me to contact AMGB to set up that account.

A: Our system generates a 60-day lockout. American Gateway Bank charges a $4.00 monthly "Inactivity Fee" if you have not logged-in to Internet Banking in 60 days. If it has been more than 60 days since you accessed the system, and you are not being charged $4.00/month, your profile has been deleted from our system and you will need to re-enroll for Internet access again.
